Our Boutique Hotel on Quadra Island features nine comfortable guest rooms, each with a luxurious top-of-the-line bed ready to welcome you after a day of adventure. All rooms include a tea and coffee station, mini fridge, private en suite bathrooms walk-in showers, Salt Spring Island Organic Coffee. All Boutique Hotel rooms have access to a common balcony sitting area (perfect for friendly conversation and fresh brewed coffee). Complimentary wireless internet also included in the hotel.
*Lodge 2 & 8 have one Queen Size Bed

A fully renovated, self-contained house complete with living room, fireplace, dining room, full kitchen, mudroom and laundry room, Arbutus House embraces its beautiful surroundings in style. Plus, there’s a large deck equipped with patio furniture and a gas BBQ. Bring the gang—you will feel right at home in a king suite with private balcony and harbour views, and three additional rooms each with king size beds and ensuite bathrooms. Qualicum House

A self-contained home complete with living room, fireplace, dining room, full kitchen, mudroom and laundry room, Qualicum House is the perfect place for a family retreat. The private deck features water views and is fully equipped with patio furniture and a gas BBQ. It also has a large grassy area out front which is a perfect area for kids to play. The house features a king suite with its own private balcony and views of the harbour, and three standard rooms, each with a king bed and ensuite bathrooms with full shower. Seaview House
(2-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom executive house)Perfect for entertaining, Seaview House is an outstanding two bedroom, executive guest residence which includes everything you need for a memorable visit. Inside this elegant home you’ll find a full kitchen with eating bar, wood-burning fireplace, two flat screen TVs and a hide a bed in the living room space. The master bedroom features a king sized bed, walk-in closet, well appointed ensuite bathroom, and easy access to the outdoor deck with its panoramic views of the harbour. Your guests will also feel right at home in the guest room with its own ensuite bathroom. Outside, Seaview House guests can enjoy the expansive green lawn overlooking Gowlland Harbour, a covered outdoor dining area with stainless steel gas BBQ, and access to our private dock. Cancellation Policy:
We require 14 days cancellation notice prior to your scheduled arrival date, 50% booking fee if cancellation is within the 14 days to arrival will be billed to the credit card provided. 100% of the booking fee if cancellation is within 7 days to arrival.
Special Events, Weddings and Corporate Group reservations deposits are non refundable and non transferable.
